FLO+

Molecular modeling software developed by Colin McMartin of Thistlesoft.

Flo+ has been specifically design to be a tool for molecular design.

Included are methods for docking (QXP), scoring, pharmacophore building, methods for protein comparison (morphing) and a host of other useful tools.

The graphical interface of FLO+ is called lzm.
